There are daily flights from Bangkok Airport to Trang except for Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. There is also an option to take the night train from Bangkok railway station to Trang or you can even go by bus.
From Trang you take a bus to the Kuan Tungku pier which is a ride of about 45 minutes and from the pier you take a long tail boat to Koh Mook which also takes about 45 minutes.
